EthiX Code of Conduct

EthiX is a living structure built on consent, clarity, and shared responsibility.
Every participant contributes to the atmosphere we protect.
This Code exists to keep the space safe, honest, and grounded for everyone involved.

1. Consent Is Active

Participation is always voluntary, informed, and revocable at any time.
Every person has the right to:

  • say yes

  • say no

  • change their mind

  • set limits without justification

Consent is a continuous process, not a one-time agreement.

2. Boundaries Are Respected

Members are expected to communicate clearly and respect the boundaries of others.
At ethiX:

  • No means no

  • Uncertainty means pause

  • Pressure, persuasion, or emotional manipulation are not tolerated

Every person is responsible for maintaining their own boundaries and honoring those of others.

3. Integrity Over Impression

EthiX values honesty, not performance.
Participants are expected to show up as themselves — without exaggeration, false roles, or attempts to impress.

Manipulation, dishonesty, or hidden intentions break the trust required for this space.

4. No Sexual Services or Hidden Agendas

EthiX is not a sexual service platform.
No sexual acts, requests, suggestions, or coded invitations are permitted, whether direct or implied.

Anyone seeking sexual exchange will be removed from the space immediately.

5. Respect the Structure

Events, sessions, and interactions follow a clear structure.
Participants agree to:

  • follow instructions when they apply

  • honor the pacing and tone of the environment

  • avoid disrupting others’ experiences

If the structure is unclear, ask — do not guess or override.

6. Confidentiality and Discretion

What happens inside ethiX stays within ethiX.
Participants must keep private:

  • personal information shared by others

  • session content

  • identities of members

  • sensitive conversations

This includes refraining from screenshots, recordings, or sharing details externally.

7. No Harmful Behaviour

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

  • aggression or intimidation

  • humiliation or degradation

  • harassment of any kind

  • discrimination, hate speech, or dehumanising language

  • emotional manipulation or coercion

  • substance use during events or sessions

  • unsafe physical behaviour

Anyone engaging in harmful behaviour will lose access to the space.

8. Take Responsibility for Yourself

Every participant is responsible for:

  • their own wellbeing

  • their choices

  • their emotional responses

  • communicating needs or limits

  • stepping back when needed

ethiX provides structure and clarity — not emotional rescue.

9. Respect the Hosts and Facilitators

Facilitators design the experience and hold the environment.
Participants are expected to:

  • follow their guidance

  • communicate cleanly and respectfully

  • trust the structure

  • ask questions directly when unclear

Host authority exists to protect the experience, not to dominate participants personally.

10. Contribution Is Part of Belonging

EthiX exists because people choose to support it.
Support can be practical, creative, or financial — but it must be voluntary and aligned with consent.

To belong here is to contribute in a way that sustains the whole.

Violations

EthiX reserves the right to remove members who violate the Code — immediately and without negotiation.
This protects the integrity and safety of the community.
